We aim to provide next-day delivery across the UK and Europe for orders confirmed before our daily cut-off time. Delivery timescales are estimates only and we shall not be liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery. Title in the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

5. Returns and Defects

If goods are delivered damaged or do not conform to your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange collection and replacement or issue a credit at our discretion. Goods returned without prior agreement will not be accepted.

Handrails cut to order are non-returnable unless defective, as they are manufactured to your specific requirements.

6. Payment

Payment terms are as agreed at the time of order confirmation. Late payments may be subject to statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We reserve the right to withhold further deliveries where invoices remain unpaid beyond agreed terms.
