Step-chain and roller identification
Step-chain assemblies and rollers vary by escalator model and installation. Chain pitch, link configuration and connection points are important when matching a chain. For rollers, outside diameter, width, bore or bearing information and the original mounting arrangement help identify the correct component.
Existing OEM or part references are the best starting point. If you do not have a number, send photographs and measured dimensions alongside the machine make, model and serial number.
